Born and raised in the cotton fields of Northeast Arkansas, Na’eem’s life journey took him from working as an engineer in the U. S. Navy, to the public defender’s office in San Diego, California. After moving back to Arkansas, he taught at ASU-Midsouth until becoming mayor of his hometown; serving through 2014. As a public speaker, he lectures at churches and civic organizations on numerous subjects within his expertise. He has been both a student and teacher of scripture most of his life, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather who were pastors. He is currently the 1st Elder at New Life SDA church in Marion, Arkansas.
While his occupations have varied during his lifetime, his advocacy has always remained steady. He loves the history and practice of that which is Godly and hopes to help someone with this and other writings to come.
